Ingredients to make Khubani ka meetha

  • For khubani:
  • apricots 10
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • For custard:
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Custard powder 1+ 1/2 tablespoon
  • almond 5 chopped
  • cashews 5 chopped
  • raisins 5

How to make Khubani ka meetha

  1. Deseed the apricots and put in mixer and add sugar and make a puree.
  2. Add this puree to pan and cook till it starts leaving pan. Let it cool.
  3. Now add milk to a pan and let it boil. Mix custard powder in two tablespoon hot milk and add to boiling milk and stir constantly. Boil 3 mintues and add sugar .mix well. Add nuts.
  4. Now mix this.add custard to a serving bowl and pour khubani mixture over this. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with chopped nuts. Your khubani ka meetha is ready to serve.
  6. Let it cool.

My Tip:

You can use dry apricots also after soaked it.
