Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cup makhana
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/2 spoon Black salt
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Chaat masala 1/2 spoon
  6. Ghee 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Add ghee.
  2. Add makhana . Roasted it for 10 minutes
  3. Then add turmeric powder. Mix well .
  4. Then add chaat masala and salt.
