ABOUT Scrambled egg roll RECIPE

A stuffed roll with scrambled eggs. A real comfort food for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. chapati or roti 2 pieces
  2. 2 egg
  3. 2 tablespoon of chopped cucumber or salad
  4. 1 onion sliced
  5. white sauté 2-3 tablespoon or mayonnaise
  6. spicy tomato ketchup
  7. green chilli chopped 1 tablespoon
  8. butter
  9. table salt

Instructions

  1. Butter brush the thin chapati and spread some white sauce over it.
  2. Spead the white sauce in it.
  3. Place some scrambled egg in it making a thick line.
  4. Put some cucumber slices, onion , tomato ketchup, green chilli, chaat masala, red chilli powder
  5. Roll it and serve hot
