ABOUT ROSE OATS BANANA PUDDING RECIPE

They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Oats
  2. 1 cup mashed banana
  3. 1/2 tablespoon edible rose petals
  4. 1 teaspoon honey ( optional)
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  7. For Garnishing :
  8. Almonds and pistachio shaving 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Few edible rose petals

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan. Add oats and dry roast in a low heat till golden colour. keep aside.
  2. Now add milk in oats and boil on medium flame by stirring it.
  3. Now add cardamom powder and stir well to make sure there are no lumps.
  4. Keep it on low flame for one minute.
  5. Now switch off the flame and add honey. Mix it and keep aside to cool completely.
  6. When it cools down add mashed banana to the pan and stir it firmly and evenly.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals.
  8. Serve Banana pudding at room temperature or chill for some time.
  9. Enjoy yummy and healthy pudding.
