No Bake Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients to make No Bake Mango Cheesecake

  • Cream cheese 225 gms
  • Graham Crackers - 1 cup
  • Sweetened condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Gelatin 1 1/2 tbsp mixed with 1/2 tbsp warm water
  • Warm Water 1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 3 1/2 tbsp
  • Mango puree 1 3/4 cup
  • Butter Melted - 1/4 cup

How to make No Bake Mango Cheesecake

  1. Take a bowl add crushed graham crackers crumbs, sugar, melted butter and mix properly. Take a springform pan, add crackers and press with the help of spoon, keep in a fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take 1 cup warm water in a bowl add 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin and 1 tbsp sugar, mix till it dissolve, cover and keep aside.
  3. Take a blender jar add cream cheese, dissolve gelatin, condensed milk and mango puree till it blends smoothly.
  4. On the springform pan (from the fridge) pour this mix on top. Keep in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or till it is set.
  5. Take 3/4 cup mango puree in a bowl, dissolve 1 tbsp gelatin and 1/2 tbsp sugar and add in the mango puree. Mix properly and add more sugar if needed.
  6. Take out the springform pan from the freezer. Pour the mango puree and keep in the fridge again. Let it set overnight.
