Paneer Corn stuffed Kulcha

Ingredients to make Paneer Corn stuffed Kulcha

  • 2 kulchas
  • Boiled corns 1/2 cup
  • Mashed paneer 1/2 cup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • tomato 1
  • butter for frying the kulchas

How to make Paneer Corn stuffed Kulcha

  1. Take 2 kulchas cut them and keep them for roasting on tawa with yellow butter.
  2. Now take a wok add oil in it.
  3. Add onions in the wok, stir till it gets pink.
  4. Add tomatoes, chopped, boiled corn and crumbled paneer.
  5. Add salt, chilli powder, dried mango powder and oregano. Drizzle with some ketchup.
  6. Now take the kulchas and stuff the mix in them. Serve hot
