Ingredients to make Tandoori macroni

  • Macroni 1 cup boiled
  • onion sliced 2 table spoon
  • garlic chopped 1 table spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori chicken masala 2 table spoon
  • Greek yogurt 2 table spoon
  • Tandoori mayonnaise 2 table spoon
  • olive oil 2 table spoon
  • Shezwan sauce 1 table spoon
  • Italian seasoning 1 table spoon
  • chilli flakes 1 table spoon
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • salt to taste

How to make Tandoori macroni

  1. Taje a wok heat oil in it .Saute garlic in it .
  2. Add onion and saute it till pink and transulent.
  3. Add dry spices and salt mix well and saute continuesly for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add tomato puree Greek gougart in it .
  5. Add shezwan sauce in it ..Mix well in low flame .
  6. Add boiled macaroni in it .Mix with light hands .Toss well
  7. Add tandoori mayonnaise , italian seasoning and chilli flakes .Mix well .
  8. Not plate in ore heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 220 ℃
  9. Serve hot with mint leaves and tandoori mayonnaise.
