Tandoori tadka in simple macroni

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macroni 1 cup boiled
  2. Onion sliced 2 table spoon
  3. Garlic chopped 1 table spoon
  4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  6. Tandoori chicken masala 2 table spoon
  7. Greek yogurt 2 table spoon
  8. Tandoori mayonnaise 2 table spoon
  9. Olive oil 2 table spoon
  10. Shezwan sauce 1 table spoon
  11. Italian seasoning 1 table spoon
  12. Chilli flakes 1 table spoon
  13. Mint leaves for garnish
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Taje a wok heat oil in it .Saute garlic in it .
  2. Add onion and saute it till pink and transulent.
  3. Add dry spices and salt mix well and saute continuesly for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add tomato puree Greek gougart in it .
  5. Add shezwan sauce in it ..Mix well in low flame .
  6. Add boiled macaroni in it .Mix with light hands .Toss well
  7. Add tandoori mayonnaise , italian seasoning and chilli flakes .Mix well .
  8. Not plate in ore heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 220 ℃
  9. Serve hot with mint leaves and tandoori mayonnaise.
