  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • salt as required
  • Hot water as required

How to make Idiyappam

  1. In bowl add rice flour and salt.
  2. Now add boiled hot water little by little by stirring.
  3. Stir well to make smooth dough
  4. Rest it for 5 min.divide the dough and make balls.place the balls in idiyappam maker.and make round shape in idli plate
  5. Steam it for 10-15 min
  6. Idiyappam is ready to eat with coconut milk
