Ingredients to make BOND Cookies

  • Ripe bananas - 2
  • Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • coconut oil - 1/2 cup
  • cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • dates - 5
  • cashews - 5-8
  • almonds - 5-8
  • pistachio - 5-8
  • raisins - 10
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - less than a pinch

How to make BOND Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Chop the dates to small pieces. Similarly cut the nuts too and keep ready.
  2. Mash the bananas and add all the ingredients to form a batter.
  3. Mix gently
  4. Make small balls using hands and shape to a cookie.
  5. Line them on a baking tray using parchment paper with 1 inch gap between each cookies.
  6. Bake at 170°C for 15-20 mins untill you see the oats browning.
  7. Remove and cool for 10 mins and enjoy.
