Ingredients to make Sweet potato samosa

  • Sweet potato 4 boil
  • onion 1
  • ginger chilly paste 2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice to taste
  • For outer cover
  • maida 1 cup
  • Ajwain ,1/4 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Sweet potato samosa

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of outer cover. Dough well.
  2. Rest for 15 minutes
  3. Boil sweet potato.Add all spice and paste,onion chopped and salt mix well
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. First take dough .make a thin chapaties and cut it. Then make a cone shape.
  6. Stuff the mixture in the cinr then close the edge.
  7. In a pan add oil to deep fry.
