Ingredients to make Paneer 65

  • paneer 200 gms.
  • Cornflower 50 gms.
  • Moida 50 gms.
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  • onion sliced 1 big.
  • mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  • red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce 4 tbsp.
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • salt as needed.
  • Refined oil 1 cup.
  • Green chilli 1 chopped .

How to make Paneer 65

  1. Take a mixing bowl & add cornflower , moida ,salt & water accordingly .
  2. Add paneer cubes in it & coat with it properly.
  3. Swallow fry the paneer cubes & keep aside.
  4. Add mustard seeds & green chilli in white oil.
  5. Add sliced onion.
  6. Add turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Add tomato sauce & vinegar in it.
  9. Add soya sauce.
  10. Add 4 tbsp water & paneer in it.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. Serve hot with tea or coffee .
