Ingredients to make Ragda Patties Chat

  • 8 Potatoes, boiled
  • 3 cups Ghoogni matar, boiled
  • 1 cup Matar Masala
  • 1 cup Dahi
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup Chat bhujia
  • 1 tbsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Ragda Patties Chat

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt and matar masala. Mix well and make small round tikkis out of it.
  2. Heat a non - stick pan and add some oil. Cook the tikkis for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Add jeera and ghugni matar. Saute for a while and then add black salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
  4. After a boil, turn off the flame.
  5. Take a plate and place 2 tikkis. Pour some dahi and then add cooked ghoogni. Pour some tamarind chutney and garnish with char bhujia and chopped onions.

My Tip:

Garnish with finely chopped onions after adding the ghoogni.
