  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. BEAT SUGAR, BUTTER AND EGGS WELL
  3. ADD PUMPKIN PUREE, MILK, CREAM. MIX WELL
  4. ADD SPICES AND VANILLA EXTRACT. MIX WELL
  5. GREASE BAKING PAN
  6. TRIM BREAD EDGES
  7. ADD IN CRUMBLED BREAD TO GREASED BAKING PAN
  8. POUR MIXTURE ON BREAD
  9. ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS, SOAK FOR 10 MINUTES
  10. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180
  11. BAKE FOR 18-22 MINUTES. DO NOT ALLOW PUDDING TO DRY UP COMPLETELY. IT SHOULD HAVE SOME MOISTURE
