  • 2 cup boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1 tea cup milk
  • 1/2 tea cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  1. 1/4 CUP GHEE HEAT ON MEDIAM FLAME
  2. ADD 2 CUP BOILED AND MASHED SWEET POTATOES
  3. SAUTE TILL ITS SMOOTH AND ADD 1 TEA CUP MILK
  4. MIX AND SAUTE
  5. 1/2 TEA CUP SUGAR AND MIX , STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  6. 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER SHREDDED ALMOND AND MIX
  7. SERVE HOT
