  • sugar 1 cup
  • potatoes 4 boiled
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 katori
  • walnuts 5/6
  • Fresh Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • water 1/2 cup

How to make Falahaari potato caramel coconut cake

  1. boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker and peel them off or use them without peeling.
  2. mash the potatoes and add half the sugar and Desiccated coconut
  3. mix potatoes well and add fresh orange juice to it
  4. make a tikki out of potatoes puree and in a baking tin bake it for 7 minutes just to reduce water and fix the purée together
  5. baking at 250 degree F. Now take it out in a plate and on the other hand make caramel by adding little water and rest of the sugar in a pan at flame and let the boil come and your caramel is done
  6. take the purée in a plate add the caramel to it and walnuts too. Add some Desiccated coconut and place some Rote beet chips sprinkle Falahaari Salt over these chips and serve it
