  • 1/2 cup green capsicum
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped garlic

  • 1 Teaspoon of soya sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon of chilly sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • Required pepper powder
  • oil for deep fry
  • 2 teaspoon of oil

How to make Potato chilly

  1. TAKE A WASHED POTATOES AND CUT IT YOUR FAVORITE SHAPE (WEDGES) AND ADD 1 TEASPOON OF CORNFLOUR
  2. HEAT A OIL AND ADD POTATO WEDGES
  3. COOK FOR UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
  4. TAKE OUT THE WEDGES AND KEEP ASIDE
  5. TAKE A ANOTHER PAN AND ADD 2 TEASPOON OF OIL
  6. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER, SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD ONION RINGS
  8. ONCE ONIONS ARE TRANSPERNT ADD GREEN CAPSICUM
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  10. ADD SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  11. ADD RED CHILLY SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  12. ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  13. ADD FRIED POTATO WEDGES
  14. GENTLY MIX
  15. CHILLY POTATO IS READY TRANSFER THE PLATE
