A snack which people usually take here in kerala especially at the time of Ramdan.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. banana 2
  2. Ghee or oil 2 tbsp
  3. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Kisses 1 tbsp finely chopped
  6. Cashew nut 4 chopped
  7. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Slice banana. With one banana we can make 4 slices
  2. Heat ghee or oil place the banana slices in it. Just fry slightly ,one side & turn it. Fry both sides but not so hard.
  3. Take it out & spread banana pieces on the plate.
  4. In the same pan ( remove excess ghee if there should ) add cashew nuts , fry.
  5. Then put kisses, along with coconut & sugar. Stir well. Remove.
  6. Spread the coconut filling get on the bananas, leaving the edges.
  7. Roll the bananas one by one tightly. Seal the edges with a small piece of tooth pick, if needed.
  8. Serve hot or cold. You can add some more fillings on top while serving.
