Ingredients to make Chilli Potato

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion rings
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon of ginger Julienne
  • 1 Teaspoon of cornflour
  • 1 Teaspoon of soya sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon of chilly sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • Required pepper powder
  • oil for deep fry
  • 2 teaspoon of oil

How to make Chilli Potato

  1. CUT 2 POTATOES INTO WEDGES, ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR
  2. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  3. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  4. TAKE A ANOTHER PAN AND ADD 2 TEASPOON OF OIL
  5. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARLIC & GINGER, SAUTE
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION RINGS, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP SLICED CAPSICUM
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  9. ADD 2 TSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  10. ADD 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  11. ADD FRIED POTATO WEDGES, MIX
  12. CHILLI POTATOES ARE READY TO EAT
