Aloo Gobhi Sabzi

Ingredients to make Aloo Gobhi Sabzi

  • Chopped florates/ cauliflower 250 gms
  • Chopped potato 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Dry coriander leaves 1 tbsp

How to make Aloo Gobhi Sabzi

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/4 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF ASAFOETIDA & TURMERIC
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED EACH OF SPRING ONIONS & CAPSICUM
  4. ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD SALT, 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD 250 GMS CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, 1 DICED POTATO, COVER & COOK ON SLOW HEAT FOR 4-5 MINS
  7. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, COVER & COOK TILL SOFT
  8. COOK UNCOVERED FOR 2 MINS, SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER
