Ingredients to make Kathal jalebi

  • Kathal [ripened jack fruit] fruit pureed 1 cup
  • sugar syrup
  • lemon
  • curd 1 cup
  • maida 1 cup
  • oil for deep fry
  • Basen 5 tsp
  • Eno 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • saffron

How to make Kathal jalebi

  1. To make syrup boil 2 cups of water in a deep non stick pan and add 1 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp saffron and simmer till it is thick in consistency keep the syrup warm for jalebi
  2. Take the kathal fruit and puree into fine paste and keep a side
  3. Now take a bowl and add maida,besan,salt,turmeric powder,and kathal puree mix well now if you want add water mix well and rest for 2 hrs
  4. Heat the kadai with oil pipe out jalebi directly into host oil and deep fry till it is golden brown drain and soak in waem sugar syrup for a few minutes
  5. Drain the jalebis from the syrup and serve hot now our tasty and yummy kathal jalebi os ready
