Ingredients to make Masala soybean

  • Soybean 150 gm.
  • onion 1 chopped.
  • ginger 2 tbsp chopped.
  • garlic 2 tbsp chopped.
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Green chilli 1 chopped.
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  • bay leaf 1.
  • turmeric powder 2 tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  • salt as needed.
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp .
  • Refined oil 1/2 cup.

How to make Masala soybean

  1. Soak soybean overnight.
  2. Pressure cook the soaked soybean till they are soft.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add cumin seed & bayleaf.
  5. Add ginger & garlic & saute it.
  6. After they turn golden brown, add onion .
  7. Add tomatoes & cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add salt , turmeric & red chilli powder & soybeans & cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Add 2 cups of water in it & cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle chaat masala over the soybeans & serve hot.
