How to make Potato pop corn chat

  1. Half boil the potato and peel it. In a bowl, marinate masala and potato. Mix well carefully, do not break the potato.
  2. In another bowl corn flour and maida mix and prepare a paste for coating.
  3. Now heat oil and take one by one marinate potato double coat it in this sequence: corn starch, bread crumbs again in corn starch and corn flakes.
  4. Deep fry it till crisp and dark brown in colour.
  5. Serve with already prepare chat ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle all the dry masala over it and serve hot for best taste.

My Tip:

Potato must be only half boiled otherwise when mixed with masala it will break and the crunchiness will be lost.
