About Cheese Dosa Recipe

A south indian dish with a twist.

Cheese Dosa

Ingredients to make Cheese Dosa

  • 3 glass rice
  • 1 glass urad dal
  • water as per requirement
  • salt as pe taste
  • 1 cube cheese grated
  • oil as required

How to make Cheese Dosa

  1. Soak the rice and dal for around 5 hours and then churn it in a mixer grinder.
  2. While churning add water as per requirement, you should get a smooth batter.
  3. Keep this mixture in a container, add salt and cover it. Keep in a warm place.
  4. Heat the Dosa tawa and pour 1 big spoon of the mixture and spread it with a spatula, make a round shape.
  5. Apply oil all round it.
  6. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and as it melts add finely chopped onion if using and fold it.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

My Tip:

Finely chopped onions can also be added before adding cheese.
