Ingredients to make Capsicum Fried Rice

  • Cooking oil 4 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • capsicum chopped 2 cup
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • MTR garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • raisins few
  • Cooking leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • Fresh green peas 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Cooked rice 1 cup

How to make Capsicum Fried Rice

  1. HEAT 4 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP URAD DAL, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 1 CUP SLICED ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 CUPS SLICED CAPSICUM, COOK TILL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF PEPPER & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  6. ADD 1 CUP PEAS
  7. 2 TBSP RAISINS
  8. ADD 1 CUP COOKED RICE, MIX
  9. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, TAKE OFF HEAT
