Sometimes it gets difficult to feed vegetables to children and this is a delicious way to do so.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 2
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Corns half cup
  4. Mushrooms half cup
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Tomato sauce
  11. Pizza sause... Ready made used here
  12. Butter to apply on bread
  13. Cheese grated
  14. Bread 10 slices

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add little butter
  2. Chop all the veggies into small pieces and toss them in the butter
  3. Add salt oregana chilli flakes pepper and remove from heat
  4. Do not make the veggies too soft
  5. Butter the bread
  6. Put pizza sauce on it
  7. Now add tomato sauce
  8. Put the veg mix that was prepared and spread it on the bread
  9. Now coat the bread with the grated cheese
  10. Heat a pan on slow fire and place the bread in it. Cover the pan for 5 mins.
  11. Remove and cut into pieces. Serve hot
