  • semolina. 1 cup
  • Rice flour. 2 tbs
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • Double cream milk. 1&1/2 cup.
  • sugar. 3/4 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Lamon juice 1/2 tbs
  • Rose water. 1/2 tbs

How to make Instant Suji Biscuits

  1. HEAT 1 CUP SEMOLINA, ADD 2 TBSP SUGAR
  2. ADD 1.5 CUPS FULL CREAM MILK
  3. ADD 3 TBSP RICE FLOUR, A PINCH OF SALT
  4. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS
  5. ADD 2 TBSP POWDERED NUTS
  6. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN THICK LIKE THIS
  7. MIX 1 BEATEN EGG LITTLE BY LITTLE INTO THE READY SEMOLINA MIX
  8. KNEAD WELL WITH GREASED HANDS TILL THE DOUGH TURNS SOFT & SMOOTH
  9. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH, PRESS INTO GREASED MOULDS
  10. REMOVE THE MOULD CAREFULLY
  11. BOIL 1 CUP WATER, ADD 2-3 CINAMON STICKS, 1 CARDAMOM
  12. ADD 3/4 CUP SUGAR, 1/2 TBSP EACH OF LEMON JUICE & ROSE WATER
  13. STIR WELL UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES, TAKE OFF HEAT
  14. DEEP FRY THE SEMOLINA DOUGH IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  15. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  16. COOL A BIT, SOAK IN THE READY SUGAR SYRUP FOR 1 HOUR
