  • 3 tomato cut in half horizontali
  • 1 boil potato
  • 1/2 cup peas boiled
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  1. SCOOP OUT ALL CUT TOMATOES
  2. BOIL PEAS
  3. ARRANGE TOMATI IN BAKING TRAY
  4. TAKE BOIL POTATO AND PEAS AND MASH THEM
  5. ADD SALT, CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD CHAAT MASALA AND GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD GINGER PASTE
  8. MIX ALL OF THEM
  9. ADD PEPPER POWDER
  10. AND CARROTAND CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. NOW STUFF TOMATO WITH FILLING
  12. PREPARE ALL OF THEM
