About Sabudana dosa Recipe

This is a recipe similar to thalipeeth, dosas made with sabudana.

Sabudana dosa

Ingredients to make Sabudana dosa

  • 2 cups sabudana or tapioca pearls [soaked for 2 hours in water and drained the water completely ]
  • 1 cup peanuts [roasted on gas flame]
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 boiled potatoes [mashed properly]
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • ghee or oil for shallow roasting

How to make Sabudana dosa

  1. Take a bowl, add drain sabudana add mashed also, ground roasted peanuts and green chilli into a smooth paste.
  2. Add coriander and little oil salt according to taste.. Mix nicely
  3. Grind the entire mixture ,add very little water.
  4. Then make small roti with hands and shallow fry with ghee or oil.. And serve when brown..
  5. Yummy Roti are ready to eat
