ABOUT Banana Oats muffin RECIPE

A healthy and easy eggless recipe of muffins made with banana and oats.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats Bran - 150 gm / 1 cup
  2. Ripe banana - 2 medium size
  3. Honey - 5 tbsp
  4. Milk - 120 ml
  5. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and line muffin tray with cupcake liners.
  2. Take banana in a bowl and mash it with fork. Mash it really nicely.
  3. Add oil, honey and milk to mashed banana and mix well.
  4. Now add oats bran and baking powder and give it a good mix.
  5. Fill 3/4 part of cup with batter and bake it 170 degree for 18 - 20 min.
  6. Do a toothpick test to check if muffin is ready.
  7. A healthy muffin is ready for your breakfast, snack, teatime... Specially for kids they will love it.
