Ingredients to make Carrot podimas

  • carrot 1 grated
  • egg 1
  • oil 4 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennal powder 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Musturd 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Carrot podimas

  1. SEASONING WITH MUSTURD AND ADD CARROT.
  2. ADD WATER TO COOK.
  3. AFTER IT HALF COOKED ADD SALT
  4. NOW ADD CUMIN POWDER AND CHILLI POWDER.
  5. AFTER CARROT COOKED AND WATER FULLY EVAPORATE ADD OIL ANF EGG. MIX IT WELL
  6. STIR CONTINUSLY AND FINALLY ADD FENNEL POWDER, PEPPER POWDER (OPTIONAL). MIX ONCE AND OFF THE STOVE.
  7. READY TO SERVE
