Ingredients to make Jowar veg chilla

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • ,1/2 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 2 cup butttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • ,1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • salt to tast
  • as needed oil

How to make Jowar veg chilla

  1. In a bowl put jowar flour and mix with butttermilk and some water make a smooth batter
  2. Now mix all ingrendints in batter
  3. Take a nonstick tawa put batter and spread it
  4. Now put some oil and roast from both sides
  5. Cook at low flame till golden brown and crispy
  6. Jowar veg masala chila is ready
  7. Serve green chutney and sause
