About Soya Sprout Samosa Recipe

Any street of India samosa is found everywhere and everybody loves to eat it.different types of variety found in different state and street but all form is favourite of it.

Soya Sprout Samosa

Ingredients to make Soya Sprout Samosa

  • 1 cup Nutrela soya granules (soaked and drained)
  • 1/4 cup green peas boil
  • 1/4 cup sprouts boil
  • 1 tsp fennel seeda
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 small size onion chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp seasame seeds
  • oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 8 ready samosa strips
  • maida paste for sealing

How to make Soya Sprout Samosa

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic in it. Add sesame seeds and one by one all the listed masala in it and mix well.
  2. Now add granuted soya, boiled green peas and sprouts. Add salt to taste and fresh coriander leaves in it and mix well and let it rest at room temperature.
  3. After a few minutes take one by one samosa strips, fill with soya and sprout mixture and seal it with maida paste.
  4. Now deep fry it till brown in colour and serve it hot with sauce and green chutney.
