When we are pressed for time and need to rush often times we tend to skip breakfast and plan to have something at work which may not necessarily be healthy. A smoothie is the best option either to be had immediately or as a takeaway

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 or 6 dried apricots if you dont have fresh ones.
  2. 1 small banana diced
  3. 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal if you have already prepared oatmeal.
  4. 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
  5. 2 tsp date syrup if you want to sweeten.
  6. some slivered choice of nuts for topping and to give a crunch.

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients and blend it till smooth. Serve chilled or have it right away topped with nuts.
