Woodapple chutney

Ingredients to make Woodapple chutney

  • 1 woodapple
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 3 to 4 green chilli
  • 1 tbs chopped ginger
  • Black salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1tsp coriander seeds
  • 1tsp gur/sugar (optional)

How to make Woodapple chutney

  1. Properly wash coriander and mint leaves and set aside
  2. Scoop out pulp from the wood apple...
  3. Roughly chop green chilli and ginger..
  4. In a blender jar put all the ingredients with all the spices and blend till smooth...
  5. You have to add water as needed for mixing.
  6. Your wood apple chutney is ready .
  7. Serve it with your favourite dish rice roti or with salads as per your choice..

My Tip:

You can add little sugar or jaggery to add the sour and sweet taste.
