Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Coconut grated 1/2 cup
  3. Cooked rice 1/4 cup
  4. Dry yeast less than 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Baking powder a pinch
  7. Sugar 2 table spoon
  8. Banana small 1 number
  9. Cashew 10 numbers
  10. Kismis 10 numbers

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for an hour
  2. Grind rice, coconut, yeast and cooked rice
  3. Rest it for 3 hours
  4. Then add salt sugar and baking powder and then coarsely mashed banana
  5. Pour it in a greased plate
  6. Decorate it with cashew and kismis
  7. Steam cook it and serve it by cutting into pieces
