Parotta Curry

Ingredients to make Parotta Curry

  • carrot 2
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • ginger 1 pieces
  • garlic 1 pod
  • cardamom 2
  • clove 2
  • Cinnamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • red chilli 2
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil required

How to make Parotta Curry

  1. WASH ALL VEGETABLES, CUT CARROT, TOMATO AND ONION, PEAL GARLIC AND GINGER SKIN
  2. FRY CARDAMOM AND CLOVES IN OIL THEN ADD ONION TO FRY
  3. THEN ADD CINNAMOM POWER,GINGER AND GARLIC THEN CUMIN POWDER.
  4. ADD SALT TOMATO AND VEGETABLES MIX FOR TWO MIN IN OIL
  5. ADD CHILLI POWDER,TUMERIC AND RED CHILLI
  6. AFTER FRYING FOR MIN ADD WATER TO COOK.
  7. OUR VEG KURMA IS READY
