Kiddy Pizza

Ingredients to make Kiddy Pizza

  • wheat flour 4 cups
  • Mixed vegetable (carrots, french beans, spinach, beetroot, sweet potato and onion)
  • Soya chunks boiled and minced 6 tbsp
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Fresh crushed or ground black papper
  • Fresh or dried herbs
  • salt and sugar according to your taste
  • tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  • butter 2 tablespoon

How to make Kiddy Pizza

  1. Boil all the vegetables with a pinch of salt, then drain.
  2. In a bowl add flour, vegetable stock, salt and boiled vegetables. Knead to make a soft dough.
  3. On a floured surface roll the dough to make two thick paratha.
  4. Add butter in a tawa and make two parathas.
  5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and sauce to the soya mince, mix properly.
  6. In a Pizza pan, place the paratha then spread the soya mix on the paratha. Add cream cheese and covered with the other parantha.
  7. Top with onions, spread the grated cheese.
  8. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
  9. Serve hot and sprinkle with mixed herbs and oregano.
