Curry leaves Ada dosai

Ingredients to make Curry leaves Ada dosai

  • Par boiled rice - 2 cup
  • Toor dal - 1 cup
  • Urad dal - 4 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds - 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • coriander seeds - 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • curry leaves - 1 cup
  • red chilly - 10
  • Grated coconut - 1 1/4 cup
  • salt - as needed

How to make Curry leaves Ada dosai

  1. Wash and soak rice for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Wash and soak dal for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Now grind rice, dal, coriander seeds,cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chilly into a coarse batter
  4. Add grated coconut into the batter.mix well.
  5. Add salt .
  6. Batter is ready to make Ada dosa.
  7. Heat a griddle , pour a laddle of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
  8. Drizzle a teaspoon of ghee and allow it to cook.
  9. Flip it over to the other side and drizzle an another spoon of ghee.
  10. Once both sides are cooked, remove it from griddle and serve hot with onion chutney.
