Ingredients to make Plaintain skin pakoras

  • Skin of raw banana from 2
  • gram flour-2-3tbsp
  • Rice flour-1/2tbsp
  • red chilli powder-1tsp
  • jeera-1tsp
  • fennel seeds-1/2tsp
  • salt-to taste
  • water-as required
  • oil-for frying

How to make Plaintain skin pakoras

  1. Wash the raw bananas properly..peel the raw bananas and again wash in water twice to remove stickiness and cut in too pieces
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
  3. Add little water and mix to pakoras consistency
  4. Deep fry in hot oil and serve

My Tip:

To remove stickiness can wash plaintain skin in soaked rice water
