Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg Chicken legs (4 Pieces)
  2. 50 gms Sattu
  3. 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 drop of rose water
  7. 1 tsp Kewra water
  8. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  9. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  10. 1 gm water diluted Saffron
  11. 100 gms curd
  12. 2 tbsp cashew paste
  13. Ghee and oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken legs with all the marinate. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Take a kadhai, heat some ghee or oil in it.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken on a low flame for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Serve with Paratha or Biryani.
