Chicken Chaap

Ingredients to make Chicken Chaap

  • 1 kg chicken legs (4 Pieces)
  • 50 gms Sattu
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 drop of rose water
  • 1 tsp Kewra water
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 gm water diluted Saffron
  • 100 gms curd
  • 2 tbsp cashew paste
  • ghee and oil for cooking

How to make Chicken Chaap

  1. Marinate the chicken legs with all the marinate. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Take a kadhai, heat some ghee or oil in it.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken on a low flame for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Serve with Paratha or Biryani.

My Tip:

Use a low flame.
