Mustard & Jeera Potato

Ingredients to make Mustard & Jeera Potato

  • Boiled Potato - 5
  • Onion - 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Mustard & Jeera Potato

  1. Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel, add cumin and mustard seeds.
  2. Add sliced onion and saute till it turns transparent.
  3. Add Ginger Garlic paste
  4. Add salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, mix well and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
  5. Add Potatoes, mix well and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on a low flame.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.

u can also try putting greenchilli n garlic paste mustard n cumin seeds.taste good onions can be optional.
