Raw banana sabji is my all time favorite one. It is very healthy, and nutritious and can be had by all aged persons

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana... 2
  2. Mustard oil... 1 tea spoon
  3. Mustard seeds... 1/4 tea spoon
  4. Cumin seeds... 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Salt and green chillies to taste
  6. Turmeric powder... 2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat mustard oil add cumin seeds mustard seeds, green chillies.
  2. After few seconds add chopped raw banana pieces
  3. Add all other masalas and stir and keep covered and let it cook on very low flame
  4. Cook till done
  5. Serve and enjoy with chapati
