Banana Stem Bhajji

Ingredients to make Banana Stem Bhajji

  • banana stem slices 8-10
  • gram flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water for thick batter
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil for deep fry

How to make Banana Stem Bhajji

  1. PEEL THE BANANA STEM UNTIL IT DIFFICULT TO PEEL, CHOP INTO THIN SLICES
  2. GRAM FLOUR, RICE FLOUR AND AJWAIN
  3. ADD SALT, SOME WATER AND MIX WELL
  4. CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL
  5. DIP THE SLICES IN BATTER
  6. FRY IN HOT OIL, IN BATCHES
  7. FLIP AND FRY
  8. FRY TILL GOLDEN COLOR, AND REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL
