Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken - 500gm
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped tomatoes - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  6. Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Refined oil
  11. Chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, red chilly powder,salt, little oil for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a kadhai, add oil, then add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Once they smell, add the chopped onions.
  3. 3. Fry till golden brown, add the marinated chicken and cook on a medium flame till almost done.
  4. 4. Then add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, coriander leaves and cook till done.
  5. 5. Serve with rice or roti or naan.

great recipe. tried it. one suggestion, add vinegar 2 tbsp and corn flour 3 tsp to the marinade..turns out thicker & more chinesey
