Its a tasty dish which is a veg but looks like fish fry . Tastes awssmmm

Tandoori fried bananas

Ingredients to make Tandoori fried bananas

  • 4 raw bananas peeled & cut into diamond shape
  • 3 tbsp curds
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli pd
  • 1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala pd
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Tandoori fried bananas

  1. Marinate the bananas with curds,oil, red chilli pd, tandoori masala & salt
  2. Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins
  3. Fry the marinated banana on medium flame.
  4. Remove on kitchen towel
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
