ABOUT Tandoori fried bananas RECIPE

Its a tasty dish which is a veg but looks like fish fry . Tastes awssmmm

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 raw bananas peeled & cut into diamond shape
  2. 3 tbsp curds
  3. 3 tbsp oil
  4. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli pd
  5. 1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala pd
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the bananas with curds,oil, red chilli pd, tandoori masala & salt
  2. Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins
  3. Fry the marinated banana on medium flame.
  4. Remove on kitchen towel
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
