This a simple and tasty dish which can made easily in home.

Tawa Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Tawa Paneer Tikka

  • paneer,cut in cubes 200gm
  • capsicum, cut in square 1 big
  • onion,cut in square 1 big
  • Hung curd 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sauff powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • ginger paste 1tsp
  • garlic paste 1tsp
  • fenugreek leaves, dry 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • gram flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala a pinch
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • oil 4tsp
  • Skewers
  • Green chilli 2
  • lemon 1/2

How to make Tawa Paneer Tikka

  1. In a bowl,add hung curd,salt,black pepper powder, red chilli powder, sauff powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, fenugreek leaves, garam masala and gram flour and mix well the marination and keep aside.
  2. Add paneer,onion and capsicum in the marination and keep aside for 1 hr.
  3. Arrange paneer,onion and capsicum in skewers.
  4. Heat tawa and drizzal some oil and roast the paneer tikka .
  5. Serve in platter and sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with green coriander leaves,lemon and green chili
