  1. banana - 2
  2. gram flour-half cup
  3. salt
  4. chilli powder-1 spoon
  5. turmeric powder-1tsp
  6. asafoetida powder-1pinch

Instructions

  1. cut the banana in lengthwise.
  2. take a pan add gramflour, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder add water and mix well and make it a batter.
  3. this batter must be in the consistancy of dosa batter.
  4. now dip the banana pieces in this batter and do deep oil fry.
