Ingredients to make Plantain fry

  • plantain-2
  • chilli powder_1spoon
  • turmeric powder - 1tsp
  • oil
  • mustard seed-1tsp
  • urad dal-1tsp
  • curry leaves
  • salt

How to make Plantain fry

  1. cut plantain into round slices
  2. now keep pan in stove add oil
  3. add mustard seed, urad dal, curry leaves, and then
  4. add sliced plantain and fry well. when it is cooked add salt chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry well.
