Bread with potato filling makes a mouthwatering snack. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.

Ingredients to make Bread Rolls

  • White bread slices -5
  • potato(boiled)-3
  • Boiled peas- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli(chopped)-1
  • ginger garlic -1tbsp
  • Chat masala powder-1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder(aamchur)-1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying and masala preparation
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

How to make Bread Rolls

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC, 1 GREEN CHILLI, 1/4 CUP BOILED PEAS
  3. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP EACH OF AMCHOOR POWDER & CHAT MASALA
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  5. ADD 1.5 CUPS BOILED, GRATED POTATOES, 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER
  6. STUFFING IS READY, LET IT COOL
  7. DIVIDE THE STUFFING INTO EQUAL PORTIONS
  8. TRIM THE EDGES OF WHITE BREAD
  9. DIP THE BREAD INTO WATER, REMOVE IMMEDIATELY & GENTLY SQUEEZE
  10. PUT THE STUFFING IN THE CENTRE, ROLL & SEAL
  11. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  12. REMOVE FROM HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  13. SERVE HOT
