Chocolate Caramel

Ingredients to make Chocolate Caramel

  • 1 packet of caramel powder
  • 1/2 litre of good life milk
  • 5 tbsp of milk powder
  • 1/2 tin of sugar or milkmaid
  • 1/2 tsp vanila essence
  • A pinch of lemon colour
  • 5 tbsp of cashew nuts powder
  • Chocolate syrup and pomegranate for garnishing
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk

How to make Chocolate Caramel

  1. Take a bowl, pour in 1/2 cup of milk then put in the caramel, milk powder, cashew nuts powder, vanilla essence, sugar or milkmaid. Mix all the ingredients together with the milk and keep aside.
  2. Boil the 1/2 litre of milk in a utensil and add in the kept aside milk mixture before its boiled. Once this milk reaches the boiling point put in the fresh cream. Let it cool.
  3. Pour this mixture into a mould and keep it in the fridge for a few hours until it is set.
  4. Once it is set, remould it to a plate and garnish it with chocolate syrup and pomegranate.
  5. This yummy chocolate caramel pudding is now ready to be served!

My Tip:

Keep the mould in warm water for 5 minutes for easy remoulding.
